Ext 100 wants to automatically call ext 107 when the handset is picked up, not sure why.
Also in the process on configuring VM and I do a direct dial into the VM (ext 138) it does it's generic announcement and says to enter my party’s extension that I wish to speak to, so I hit 101, next the system hangs-up on me and does not perform the transfer. What step am I missing  ?

Some one correct me if I am wrong , but you first need to have a dss button programmed for ext. 107 on ext. 100.Then, in flash 50 you would turn on "off hook preference button" ( which is page b, button 10 )for the button you put ext. 107 under on the phone. As far as the voice mail hanging up on you when dialing in on intercom level, try calling in through a c.o. line and let the auto attendant answer you. It shouldn't hang up on you that way.

Also you might want to put the voice mail ext.'s in hunt group 450 ( flash 30 ) and try it that way.( By calling 450 instead of 138 ).

You can just dial 691 plus the button number to activate off-hook preference to the button that contains X107 on most Vodavi systems. Again, we can't answer the voice mail question without knowing which one you have.

Sorry forgot to include the info, it's the 96ex and the VM is the Dispatch which was mentioned would be a good mix with the KSU.
