Customer voice mail crashed and will not answer. I have checked the status of slot 7 it shows the correct card but under maintenance it shows OOS how can I get it back in service, tried reinitalization and that did not work any advise would be deeply appreciated.

Is this a flash-based or hard-drive voice mail card?
Also, have you tried calling each individual port (X150-157)? You may just have a problem with one port which can be bypassed through KSU programming for the time-being.

If it's a flash VM card, you probably have to replace it. But the hard drive one would need for you to plug into it and log on and if you can't talk to it then the hard drive can be corrupted. It uses a Windows OS.
