I have a customer that is telling me that the system is going into and out of night service at times other than when it is supposed to. The time is correct in both the system and the flash-based VM. Open and close schedule is correct also. The day and nite greeting are being played at the appropriate times. Both myself and Vodavi tech support are puzzled as it seems to only happen when nobody is around and the business is closed. The system is on a UPS but with a short hold-over time. Could an extended time without power such as during a weekend cause something like this to happen?

That's a very good place to start. With the new software, a regular DND button appears operate exactly like a day/night/special button since it now has the page block feature.
