Can anyone tell me about how long a battery in a Vodavi Starplus STSe system will last before it needs to be replaced? Is replacement possible? Thank you

The system's only been out for about three years and we haven't seen any fail yet. On Vodavi's older systems, we usually didn't see a battery fail until after 8+ years.
