There dosen't seem to be much good to say about Altigen.I know that they want the vendors to commit to 7 MILLION in yearly sales.

I read this also, I was interested in MAYBE becoming a reseller, until I read the 7 million dollar sentence! Small corporations barely make that in a year let alone a 4 man operation. Other than that I have no idea how good the switch is.

i wasn't joking about losing money in their stock, but we dispatched on a service call for one .... customer just said phones were not working, got there, they had a full set of manuals, we found a wiring problem and fixed it (luckily!!) but they said they had lots of problems with it .... don't know much else, never heard from them again. i had checked into being a dealer, but for an unknown system (in the market) it was toooo (did i say toooo!) much commitment.
