Ok you Vodavi Gurus, Have a client that has an old Vodavi system and a Phone has died. She saw one of the current STS phones and wants to know if the new phones will work with her old system.

Her current phone is 61612-54 and would like to replace with the 3515-71.

Sorry, but I do not know what model system she currently has. You think the new phones from the STS will work? If need be I can go by and look but figured I'd ask first (even if I knew the system model I would still be lost on this one.)

She has an old Vodavi Analog. They made 3 types of phones: basic, enhanced, and executive and they came in about 5 or 6 different colors. She has the executive in grey. As TJ said, they are not compatible with the STS, or any other system.

Sundance should have plenty of refurb sets in stock. If not, we have plenty.

Nah, we won't replace it. We will quote a new STS as she likes those and this is not the first issue on this antique.

Make sure you stress Vodavi quailty in your sales pitch. She will understand that, since the system is 10-20 years old.
