I already tried that, it still doesn't work, when trying to program flex button I get the error tone. Althought flex buttons seem to be able to program for any other dss codes.

Rick,
Howdy. Button 16 defaults as co 4 on sts-e. Try reassigment of button 16 to dss/feature key. Its in the manual.

I want to reassign the CO5 button to do paging. I know I need to make a change to make this button programmable. I've been looking through the Programming and Operations manual and the Station Users Guide for a few hours now and have not found anything except that I need to change it. What do I need to do to change this button? I have a Vodavi STSe 3501-00 system.

Ready
Its called FLEX BUTTON FUNCTIONS ASSIGNMENTS. This programming can only be found in Installation manual, or you may use the CD, provided with the system.
Are you a basic VODAVI programmer? If not it requires a Installer whom has programmed the switch before. Trust me, it is not a user program feature. This forum is for basic system questions. Hope you understand the rules.
