Is there any way to turn off the auto attendant? Or increase the number of rings before it answers a call? STSe with flash VM

Yes. If you system was set up for manual night mode, then the DND button on the first attendant controls Day/Night/Special mode. Otherwise, it is installer level programming that we do not discuss on the open board.

Thank You, I thought it was in manual night mode, I am the installer however it is only my third STS system.

Vodavi tech support can help you out if you are a Installer.
This is in Installation manual which requires password. which you know.
The board is for user programming help.
Good luck with the STS. a little work horse.

I am having an issue getting different lines to goto different greetings with the auto attendant. I know there is something that Im missing but can't figure it out. Please help.
