...ok, hopefully I'll get to the point where I can offer help instead of asking for it all the time But until then... We have two XTS systems one is on the main campus and the other is across the street at a remote office. All extensions at the main site are 1xxx and the ones at the remote site are 2xxx. They are connected with a partial T1. We've moved one of our people across the street and now she can't transfer calls back over here. After asking around I found out that no one over there can. When someone outside dials a DID number it comes into the main site system and is assigned to one of the 2xxx numbers to ring across the street, if that plays a factor in this issue. Any ideas as to why this happens and what I can do to resolve? Thanks, and as always any assistance would be greatly appreciated! ~Matt

When you moved her over to the other side, did she retain her original 1XXX number or does she have a new one in the 2XXX range? Also, when you refer to a partial T1 between the systems, is this set up as a PRI circuit that allows 4-digit dialing or does a tie trunk have to be selected before dialing to the other side?
This sounds like it might be a case of the absence of loop buttons on the phones or collisions occuring on the T1 channels. The more information you can provide, the better. At this point, I have more questions than answers, so bear with me.

She has a 2xxx number. I believe it's a PRI circuit as when I'm at my ext (1119) I can dial her direclty at 2104.

Ed, I agree with you. Here is an example of how i would have the trunks set up for the p-p circuit. Let say i have 7 available trunks, on the PRI trunk i would take 1 thru 16 make them OOS and 17 thru 19 incoming and 20 thru 22 out going and 23 OOS as Dchannel and just flip that config for your remote building. As ed said it sounds like there is either not enough loop buttons or there is some collisions going on.
