Looking to reinstall a mini voice with software ver 10027, prompts ver 10000. Anyone kmow if this is the larest software version, and if not where can I get the file to flash to the unit. Vodavi website does not show any thing software related for the mini voice.

The Mini Voice requires replacement of the chips if I remember correctly. You should be able to obtain the latest chips from Vodavi tech support whether you are a dealer or not for this product. I can't remember the latest software version.
