Please
Comments on this keyset for conference room use ?
Its listed as full duplex. Is it that much better than the 3015-71? or should i just install a polycom unit ?

By far, the Polycom unit is your best bet. Still, I must say that I have quite a few customers who bought just one of the 3017's and now won't buy anything else. They really do a good job, especially for the price.
The key is how many members are expected to be in the conference room. That's where you have to make your decision. If it's just 3-4 people, the 3017 will do just fine. If it's more than that, you really should consider a Polycom unit with an external microphone or two.
