Just met a new client who fired their last vendor because they couldn't fix a problem with STS InSkin voice mail. Customer claims messages left by caller does not appear on their personal voice mail for days at a time, as well as messages that are deleted come back as new messages. Any word on this? Thanks all!!

My guess would be that the original installer did not perform the true initialization command from the main programming menu. Other than that, if it's not running on 20052 software or later, that's the problem.
These things are pretty stable otherwise. 95% of the problems that we have encountered with these VMs has been due to failure to initialize upon installation.
I think that if you ask the customer to bite the bullet and let you start from scratch after initialization, their problems will be solved.
