There is a customer that is using lcr on the system. They have a plant off site, tied through together by ip. everything works ok except international calls. Both at the main plant and the 2nd plant. You can't complete the call. You can dial it with no problem, but the call is never completed.
Thanks to all

Is this installation two Vodavi systems tied together via VOIP? Also, is the main plant using a PRI?
It may be something as simple as placing ## for the number of digits on 011 numbers. This way, a timer is used to signal the end of dialing rather than a definite number of digits.

Thanks for the reply. Yes to both questions. The two sites are tied together over voip. The Main site is using pri.
What timer would have to be adjusted or where do you put in the ##;, at the end?
Thanks,
Mike

Yes, it's the last two digits at the end of your programming entry under flash 75, button 1. If that doesn't work, try putting 00 as the last two digits. It has been a while since I've had to address this.
The timer that affects this is the SLT DTMF timer if memory serves correct. In normal systems with minimal changes to timers, I believe it's only about five seconds after the last digit is dialed before this timer expires and the call is sent.
One other thing: Try direct-selecting a trunk by dialing 88 + 0XX to grab any trunk on the PRI. See if it will let you complete an international call that way. If it doesn't, some PRI setting changes may be in order.

Old Tech.
You may also want to check Flash 45 (Slot Number) button 19 and disable Leading 011.
