Hello,

This is my first post, so I'm hoping someone can help me. I have the phone listed above but can't seem to get the time/date set correctly on it. I have tried the [692] code, but all I get is a real fast busy signal and no confirmation tone. I had originally set this up when we first hooked the system up, but for the likes of me can't remember how I did it. Since the time has changed our phones are reading 1 hour fast.

I had heard there was a way to access the admin programming but not quite sure what that means.

Thanks for the help!

Jeff

The time/date needs to be set at the first attendant station, which is generally x100.

Maybe your station 100 is not the first attendant station. Try pressing 0 without lifting handset or anything. If it calls another phone, then that is the phone you use. If it returns intercom tone to you, it is set correctly, and you probably have a deeper issue.

When do you get the fast busy? is when you dial 692 or after you have put in all your digits?

I think date & time are entered together. Something like yymmddhhmm.
