My second question for today smile
Our phones are set up so that a caller can access any one of three extensions by dialing the line during the message. How do you set it up so that they can press "1" for sales, "2" for billing, etc., instead of dialing "101" for sales... and so on?

That's going to definitely require the services of a technician with a laptop and an appropriate terminal emulation program. Most people just opt to go with your description of listing the full extension list since it's easy for the end-user to just re-record the main greeting when changes are necessary.

Thanks Ed...
Now if I wanted to do that, but to have the initial message give an option "if you don't know your parties ext. dial (number) for a directory", can I set that up myself or is that also a tech issue?

No, unfortunately that's one of the only functions that can't be administered without a laptop and the appropriate training/software.
