Ok, we are finally getting some of the issues on this phone worked out, but there is one that we can't seem to fix. When someone calls in, we wanted it set up so that they go first to the attendant and a message giving them options to access various extensions. Then we wanted the system to automatically ring the administrator station after the message finishes playing.
What's happening instead is that the message plays through four times and THEN rings the admin. station. Any ideas? We have flash vm.

The In-Skin flash voice mail has no " timeout " option, that's why it plays 3 or 4 times before
transferring. You need to record the greeting to say dial " 0 " to reach an operator or attendant, unless your attendant is someone other than ext 100. The hard drive version does have a time out option but is a little more pricey.
