I have a customer who has sent me back 3 of these units and all are in the no sync status on the phones. I have read the other post of switching the bank it work on one unit and I tried that board on the other unit and now none boot in either position. Any clue where to get these units V70E BKSU V1.00 ? I feel if it were replaced it may work on at least two of the units.

Do you know what model phones that they are trying to use? If they are the standard 3515's, then there shouldn't be a problem. The 3516's require 1.01 software to support them. If they are trying to use 30XX series phones, then the 3501-01 KSU will be required. It's only available to authorized "Gold" dealers.
My guess is that the one that worked was a 3501-01 and the 3501-00 units are the ones with the problem.
There is an issue with some repaired telephones that won't work with STS ksu's but will with STSe ksu. It is a software issue you can contact Vodavi and they will send you a chip set. you can back-up and then restore after you change the chip.
