I have a DHS system with a Dispatch voice mail. I have defaulted the KSU and set up the integration to the Dispatch. Calls on CO line 1 are answered by the VM, but I only get 1 ring. I set the CO LN PRESET FWD timer to 40 seconds. The lines fwd to group 82, which has 4 ports on the Dispatch. Everything else seems to work OK, but I would like to increase the delay time.
Did I miss a setting ?

I would bet that the VM ports are set to ring and you need to set them to none for the lines and use the Hunt Group on Preset Forward.

I Removed the lines from all 4 ports on the voice mail.
Still answers on the first ring.
Also, how do I set the busy/NA forward to the voice mail ? I forwarded the set individually, but the display shows the forward, not user name and time. Is there a default forward somewhere ?

I would check and make sure that the Hunt Group isn't set to ring on the line under 6.System Application under Hunt Groups. Check that let us know.
You have to forward the phone at each set by using the FEAT 2 code. To take the forward message off of the display. Hit FEAT #6.
