I just inherited a vodavi Starplus STS System. (a customer of mine that i do all other work bought a business that has this system)I got a few questions.
1)how can i get a manual for this?
2)how do i get into program mode?
3)I dont think it has voicemail how can i be sure?

I am not familiar with this system i only installed panasonic, nec, avaya
EDIT: when i connected the stations and lines for some reason line 1 doesnt connect i tried the same wires on line 2 and it woks there. what could be the issue. how can i troubleshoot that

You do need a manual and the first thing I'd probably do is default to factory settings. Check the manuals link at the top of the page.
