you might want to try turning the CO Transmit Gain up on the VOIP trunks to like +7db. that has fixed it for me in the past. That is assuming that you are running the latest software for the VOIP boards.

I can get it to work with the pots lines, but when I dial the pri access codes she access a line and starts ringing. I have seen it access the line at the hub side.
