our first realization that something had changed was when we tried to set up a temporary greeting for a customer who occasionally needed to override the auto-attendant. we used to show folks how to dial in remotely and change the notification mode to mode 3 so it would play the temp greeting instead. now it seems that option has been removed, requiring you to manually change each port.

or did we miss something?

On Version 30022 you can try:

Option 3 - Auto Attendant Configuration
Option 2 - Temporary Greeting
Enter port # "0"
You should hear "All ports are set for Temporary Greeting"

All ports should then play Greeting 3

Is this what your looking to do?
