Can anyone tell me how to change the hold ring back time on a Starplus from 1 minute to 3 minutes

There are quite a few different Starplus systems out there (about a dozen or so), each with different programming parameters. We'll need to know exactly which Starplus system you have before we can determine if there's anything we can do to assist.

At station 10, access system programming- confirmation tone will be heard.
Dial * 22 for exclusive hold recall timer or * 23 for system hold recall timer, then enter "180" (amount of seconds desired) then press hold. Again confirmation tone will be heard. Hang up when done.
