I have a customer with an older STS, In-Skin VM. He would like to be able to off-net forward to his cell phone; according to some other posts, Vodavi was to release a new firmware revision first quarter of '08. Has this happened?

Yes, it has happened, but the older Flash Voice-Mails can not be upgraded. However, the customer can still forward his extension to his cell phone.
