I have a customer that has a Triad system (not sure what release) but I added a new extension
1106. It can intercom all the stations with numbers 11xx but cannot intercom stations 20xx.
Also stations with 20xx cannot intercom 1106, but can intercom all other staions with 11xx
I did not see tenant programming in the system.
Is there something in programming I am mising to prevent these phones from not calling each other.
All other phones can call each other.

It sounds like it may be a flex code problem. Check flash 52 and be sure the port matches the ext. # for the new phone you just installed. Other than that I'm not sure what it could be off the top of my head. If all else fails...Reboot ?

I'll bet that it is tenant service. Check on flash 50, page D to make sure that they are all in the same tenant group.

If it is a networked environment, the VoIP channels or line set up to go across the network will be in a different line group. You have to give line group access to each phone that will be dialing across the network. Example: lines 1-24 are PRI lines with a setting of TIE-DNIS in line group 1, lines 25-33 are VoIP lines with a setting of TIE in line group 2. If the extensions do not have access to line group 2, the call will not go across. I hope this helps.
