Is it just me or is the ccc site down? I have not been able to get on for a few days.

Last time they had a hurricane come through they backed up the servers and shut them down. Things are probably touch and go there as to whether or not to keep systems powered up. Voice lines are still up.

On another note, has tech support changed locations? Last few times I have called for XTS support, I have reached people that I have never heard in the last 6 years and seem to not have the same grasp on the systems as the old-timers (sorry Kris). Just curious.

Vodavi's 888 number for infinite dealers always terminates in Phoenix and I've never had any trouble signing on as a dealer through www.Vodavi.com either. Is CCC some kind of Comdial thing? I never heard of it until recently.
