Hello fellow Vodavi Dealers. We have installed 20 SBX systems since the system was released a few months ago. In almost every install we have had to go back and tweak the volume settings. It seems that out-of-box the settings are incorrect. Also, we have had complaints about poor call quality in general. We have had limited success in fixing these problems. I am curious to see if other dealers are experiencing the same problems. Unless Vertical can address these issues we are going to drop the product.

I have installed only one and am in no hurry to install another one. It needs a little more time to work out some kinks.
