Ok I'll try to ask this as simply as I can.

I have a customer with a clinic/surgery center that right now calls come in pri hit the AA with three choices (1 for one dr's team 2 for other dr's team and three for optical store). It is set up for day ring opt 1 to hunt group 450 over flow to 452 overflow to vm, opt2 similar 451 overflow to 453 overflow to vm. On nite ring everything does off net to a service for emergency. There is also a special set up so early in the morning if nurses come in before they are open they can recieve calls and the others still off net.

Is there a way to set up a fwd for say opt 1 to fwd to the off net speed bin when it gets to the first hunt group. Can it be set up so they can do a fwd instead of overflow to the next group. I'm wondering if there is something I can set up so they can do the fwd. They have meetings every so often where one of the dr's teams will be unavailable and they still want the calls answered by the service rather than the vm.

Can I do anything with the hunt group ring and fwd one of the two stations in the hunt group or is the only way the special that I have used already. I'm looking for anything I can possible do.

Not sure if I understand what you are looking for but instead of overflowing to another hunt group you could overflow the first group to a digital or analog station that is off-net forwarded.

I ended up overflowing the first hunt group to a speed bin with the off net number. Not exactly what they were looking for but the only thing that will work in this situation that I could come up with. I was trying to come up with something that they can do themselves without having to get back into the flash prog. But the way it is now this will have to do for them. Thanks for the thought though.

You would have to overflow to a staion that they can manually forward to either a hunt group or a speed bin. You can make it simple by programming the dest number on a button.
