Vertical/Vodavi just came out with a firmware upgrade to the PRI/T-1 Combo card that should address the incompatibility issues with the softswitch CO's. We just installed it yesterday, so have just begun to monitor the success. Also, does anyone have any info on a dipswitch on the PRI/T-1 Combo card that is labelled as Battery. Out of the box, it looks like it is in the on position. According to tech support, it should be in the off position. Nobody can tell me what the switch is there for - enquiring minds want to know.
