I have an STSE with flash voicemail (20053) been working for about 2 years. Recently the customer says they're losing saved messages, all they hear is a click and no msg. It's random too, saved msg #1 gone, #2 ok and #3 gone. I'm thinking about doing an initialization as my next step unless there's a better option.
Thanks
Dennis

Have you taken a look at the main programming option #11 (Recording Time Left)? You may be out of storage capacity and the system will bump saved messages out to make room for new ones. I've seen where some customers tend to save more messages than they really need to, wasting valuable flash storage space.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that there's plenty of storage left.
