how do i check / change the COS on my XTS for a station say 5101for example

Ok i figured out how to check COS and it is set ti 1 ALL but the user cant make any outside calls any thought on why and how to solve the issue?

Give access to the station of the line groups that they are allowed. If you are hitting a line that doesn't appear on the phone then you may need to program a loop key or two.
