Hello All,
have a port that ill nor allow LD or international calls just internal, are thier settings on ports to limit this or is the port just bad?

What system? I can't see a bad port only denying LD calls. Have you checked the deny and allow tables? Sounds to me like your LD restricted.

Its a XTS , we dont use any tables.

Under flash 50, page B, a 1 should be entered for both buttons two and three. That's about the only place this dialing can be affected.

Sorry for the delay ,
it is now working didnt have any loop lines assignd on the phone, assigned loop to the first 3 line buttons and all is well.

You didn't tell us that phone would not allow any outside calls neither in or out. That's why the diagnosis pointed to toll restriction.
