I inherited an STS system with a doorbox. It is connected to port 3 (103). I cannot get the box to ring extensions. I can dial 103 and monitor the box fine. I know I need to create a CC button on each extension, but to cover what number? Does the door box have a default feature number. Any help appreciated. Ron

The call coverage button would cover the extension number of the door box. In your case, 103.

You need to program RINGING Call Coverage buttons for extension 103 on the phones that you need to ring whent he doorbox button is pushed. Check the user guide for Ringing Call Coverage. And the button would have to be a user programmmable button.
Hope this helps!
