Hi all,
I seem to be having a problem with a customers voicemail on a SBX 320 V2.0. This will be the third time I've had to reset the voicemail to default and have them rerecord their greetings and messages. The system seems to fill up and no more messages can be left unless you delete messages.
When we check all the phones (real, phantom ,IP, and softphones) there seems to be only 1 or 2 short messages but the 2 hour voicemail is full. I think it's a flash card fragmentation problem.
They use about 10-12 ccr menus and the ccr greetings are 30-60 seconds each but this problem seems to creep up over time.
I have about 6 systems working and all seem fine at this point except this one. I have replaced the voicemail card already and it didn't seem to help. Tech support has told me to reset the card (again)but the customer isn't very impressed.
Has anyone else had problems with the VMIB card? Any back door ways to back up the card or access it to clean up the files?
Thanks in advance.

So far no real complaints. The only voicemail problem I've had is report of callers getting cut off while leaving a message. Turned out to be the default max message timer is only 20 seconds! Bumped that out a bit and so far so good.
