Anyone know how to adjust the timeout action on the voicemail for the SBX? I made a test call and when the auto attendant answers, I sit there and do nothing, the menu repeats itself then disconnects, since no selection was made. I thought I understood that FCC required voicemails to call the "operator" or make a dial 0 action, due to the use of rotary phones.
Thanks!

No way to define an action for timeout that I know of. Also * and # are not definable digits either. Something else to add to my wish list of future enhancements...

version 2 of the software has additional options for timeouts, busy, etc. Upgrade is easy. make sure you upgrade the voicemail as well.
Also make sure all the mailboxes including the att mailbox has a greeting. I've had problems with sending calls to mailboxes that weren't set up.
