I have a Vodavi Triad with a Dispatch 4-port VM. On night mode there is a Menu which allows incoming callers to leave a message in a box for a call back and the message delivery sends out a call to the cell phone number programmed for the box. This seems to be working correctly, however on most days after a call has been left and delivered the operators box (and sometimes others) ends up with 50 messages (maxed out) all saying "if you know your parties number dial it now....". I believe the phone system is dropping the call correctly after the message is left but something else needs to be done for the VM to see that the outside line has been release.

Make sure that notify is not turned on for those other boxes, it sounds like they are looping and calling themselves after the first message is left. A notify loop will fill up a box in minutes.

Derrick I believe you mean turned OFF. It is probably set to notify itself like you said.
