Customer has an XTS-IP:
A caller calls in, receptionist transfers the caller to an analog conference phone (like a Polycom SS2). The caller is transmitting voice and is echoing badly. The caller can hear the party in the conf room fine. So the customer originates a call from the conference phone to the same caller, and is connected and no echo.
This is happening on transferred calls only. Another call was transferred from receptionist to a Full Duplex digital phone, the user had speakerphone engaged, and was experiencing the same echo as the conference phone.
We can only narrow it down to being a PBX issue, since the caller is easily heard prior to being transferred.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!

Are you sure there is no feedback coming into the picture here?

I wonder if it's the telephone line. Have you tried more than one line? Usually the analog device uses the last line in the line group.
