Sorry forgot to reply back. Thank you all for your help. It worked very well, actually you all helped so much I was able to get in and out of the client in about 15 min on a morning that I needed to get to the other side of Atlanta by a specific time.

Actually I do have one more question. I just remembered that they asked what the possibility would be to have the caller go straight to VM when they dial the extension from the AA. But if they transfer a call internally it needs to ring for 15 sec before it goes to VM.

Sure, they can activate this function in their own mailbox. This is generally the best way to address this request so that they can take it off when they change their mind. It's under the mailbox owner's options when they log into their mailbox. The feature is referred to as "direct transfer".
