I have a TR-9015 handset that I'm trying to program. I've programmed some of the flex buttons to call extensions following the instructions in the manual, and they work fine. I'm also trying to program a flex button for Caller ID, but it doesn't seem to work. (Yes, we have the Caller ID module and all the other extensions have a button programmed and it works fine.) The manual says to use code 635, but when I do this, nothing happens, no confirmation tones, nothing. If I type in a 4 digit number, I get the confirmation tone, but not with 635. Any ideas?

Sorry, that was a typo on my part. I've already tried 653.

If you are programming using the speed, speed method (user programming) then the button must first be programmed as a FLEX key in admin.

nfcphoneman was right...we have different leading digits for each building. Using 2653 worked. Thanks again.
