Joe you can only get the software from a Vodavi/Vertical dealer. I wouldn't advise doing the conversion yourself. Since you are going from 1.11 to 3.5 it will have to be done manually. There are a few changes in the software that deal with PRI programming.

Ed is correct in his assumption if the MPB is not at least REV 1.4 or higher then you can not go to FP3 the highest level of S?W would be the 2.23.
