On my costumers XTS when a call coverage station answers then transfers the call it rings on the covered ext but doesn't forward to voice mail. When the covered ext is call directly it transfers to voice mail after 10 sec. This happened on both covered ext I tried.

I think that this is a software bug.

Are you transferring back to the original ringing station or another station? And I take it you are using the transfer button instead of a direct dss transfer.
