I have a Vodavi 30 button phone. Some how I have inadvertently messed my phone up. When I pick up the phone I dial directly to another extension in the office. If I dial without lifting the reciever or pushing the ON/OFF button I can dial out directly and I can answer incoming calls. What did I do and how can I fix it? Please please help.
