Installed a music source to a STSe for MOH,I can hear the music but it keeps cutting in and out did the obvious played with the volume to adjust maybe the volume is to loud but it did not fix the problem I tried another music source but I still have the problem has anyone had this issue. Thank you for your comments.

How did you hook it up? Just one pair to the 66 block with one side of a jack into the music source.

What is your source? Is it 8 ohm or 600 ohm?
It really does sound like you are overdriving the input into the Vodavi. Wrong impedences can make any input sound like garbage regardless of volume settings.
I think the moh port is set for an 8 ohm input. If you are driving audio too loud/hot, the audio will cut out. I usually go to a phone and dial 632 + 1 to listen to the audio over the speakphone. I can hear volume and clarity from the phone. Of course do a 632 + 0 to turn off when done.
If your input is 600 ohm, you may want to consider putting it on an open co port and program moh to look at that co port.
