Wow, You guys are great! I think I almost have it using Ed's point-by-point, but one thing I can't find is the Voice Mail access number -- if you can tell me how/where I might locate that, I'll be in business.
Thanks a million for all your help--this has been a long-standing problem and I sure found the right place to find the solutions!

If this is a telco provided voicemail on a private line then the telco would give it to you. Chances are if you dial from that line to that number you can check it but i'm just assuming.
