Hello all. I am wondering if anyone can tell me the default baud rate on the CID-9 unit? I have all the other programming and hardware in place on an older Triad system and it still isn't working correctly. Also, is it safe to assume the ports on the mainboard start with line 1 and go from the bottom-up then the same on the addon boards (bottom-up)? Thanks in advance for the help, I appreciate it. :confused:

Default baud rate for the 7480-00 is 2400. Ports are bottom up. The on-board jacks are 1-3. The top daughter board is 7-9

Thank you MNDAVE. I had the jacks in right but had the baud rate on the KSU wrong. Appreciate the info!
