Is there a feature code on the XTS, in which each phone is able to pulse out a calling number to the PSTN (ISDN Circuit).

Example is:

Extension 3111 calls to the PSTN, currently the calling number (outbound caller ID) shows up as "480-111-1234" which is the main number.

The customer would like it to show up as "480-111-3111".

I have a customer that would like this feature. I'm working with the customers PBX vendor to get this resolved.

When I monitor a call on my switch, I do not see any calling party number in the facility message from the customers PBX.

Also, isn't there a debug/etrace that can be enabled on the Vodavi equipment? If so, does anyone know what feature it is?

If your Telco supports it over your PRI, you can specify the number displayed on outbound caller ID in Flash 50/51, Page C, Button 8 on a station by station basis.

I will have the Vodavi vendor look into that flash setting.

I used to own an interconnect, mainly ESI, it's been a while since I've dealt with much Vodavi. I still remember some of the flash codes, but not all.

Odd that the Vodavi vendor didn't know about "Outbound DID number on PRI"
Etrace - It is enabled in the remote maintenance mode that is password protected.
