Is there any way to have one specific CO line go directly to a specific voicemail box when the line is not answered? I know it can go to a specific VM port, but I would rather not have unnecessary menu prompts.

Sure, on page B of the CO line programming for that specific line, set the preset forward destination to be 440, then set the VMID to be the mailbox you want to answer that line's calls. Don't forget to check the preset forward timer setting on page C for that line to match the pickup delay that you desire.

Assign CO Pre-Set forward to the voice mail group 440 with the desired Voice Mail ID.

Is the Voice Mail ID the same as the station #?

It went into flash 40, page B, button 6 and set the VMID to 101, but it goes to autoattendant rather than direct to VM box.

I forgot it was FW to 157. Changed to 440 and it works!
