Got a call not from a customer of ours but they have this and it is having some issues. I have not seen one before and was curious how to get in to the system to check things out.
issue is calls come in are supposed to go through vmail then ring extensions. system now is just ringing but only visibly no audible ring and it is not getting the vmail greeting.
I just got the numbers and haven't been on site yet but looking up the numbers it's something I haven't run into.

That is a regular DHS system. They are long overdue for a new system for sure. It may be that they just have night service activated on the system or one or more single line adapters for the VM is locked up. You should be able to power down the SLA(s) by disconnecting the jumpers feeding them temporarily. Do not power down the system if you can help it. The memory battery on these fail frequently and the system may default if it hasn't already done so.
