I have a customer that we recently acquired with pre-installed equipment, XTS and Digital Dispatch. All but one of their lines goes to AA, then are sent to stations and follow programming accordingly. This one line rings at a specific station, then is should go to that station's voicemail box, however it receives the AA greeting.
I checked all the settings and even tried the following and still no luck: Sent to SLT and after time out went to AA. Sent to Hunt Group, after time out went to AA. If I call the SLT or Hunt Group internally it works fine. It is like the Dispatch is not seeing the VMID info but only on external calls.
EDIT: Never mind, found they had VM in band digits disabled. Thanks anyway.

Flash 67 button 1 has to be enabled. Also you have to preset call forward the extension (flash 51 page c,d) to 440, do not preset forward the line. Make sure the extension vmid is correct.
