Customer called last week with lines 4-6 locked up,told them to power down , that cleared the trouble.
Today, customer called same problem, going out tomorrow for service call. Anyone have a heads up on this issue? Thanks for any help.

Do they all lock-up at once or one at a time until they are all locked up?
I have had issues with lines not releasing with some SBX systems. In our own office we have had two systems side by side where one would work fine and the other would not detect that the call was finished and release the line. That was with a conventional phone line and once it was at customer site it worked fine.

You may have to default the system and manually re-enter the programming. SBX will sometimes get garbage in the programming like this.
