A client lost 8 stations after a power outage. The phones had nothing in the lcd screen and no lights.
-I turned power off for 30 seconds and then turned it back on. nogo -Reseated the card. nogo -Took a known good phone and plugged into port. nogo
As a workaround, there were extra stations on an additional card and I got most of the stations plugged into the extra card and using station relocation, got the users on their original extensions.
My question: Are there any steps that I've missed? Any recommendations before writing the card out and replacing? Thank you so much for your time!

Maybe the system lost progaramming and forgot the card is there. Try looking at flash 24 programming and verify the card is in the database.
